Coffee Party project 2017

Making doujinshi for Kaigai Manga festa（Tokyo International Comic Festival in COMITIA) 2017, 23 Novemver.

Why don't you join this project and show your work on Coffee-Party book "In Search of Lost Coffee" vol.6, it's sold at the venue(Kaigai Manga Festa and Comitia), and conventions outside Japan I(Nao Yazawa) am invited. This project is open for everyone.

Last year, I made CoffeeParty book "In Search of Lost Coffee 5" for Kaigai Manga Festa 2016 with 8 members' help.

Here is a new project, In Search of Lost Coffee 6

The idea is basically the same with last time, these are the condition;

Black and white drawing for the body, and a note for a comment space.(Above image) + color image for back cover
The subject can be anything about Coffee Party characters. Croissant, Eclair, Dango, and Brioche.

You should take Croissant or Eclair at least. You can add your original character if you like - he or she should be named by a sweet, typical one in your country (Something nice with coffee).

Who is Croissant?

A heroine of Coffee Party book " In Search of Lost Coffee". Eclair is her older sister.

Anything is OK, illustration, a drawing with some words/dialogue, 4koma/8koma, or short manga/comic. The language should be in English or Japanese, then I'll add Japanese(or English) subtitle.

Manga/Comic both styles are acceptable. (left to right / right to left)

On the first page of your work, your name and title are required. (see below images)

COST: 600 yen/page +100 yen for your comment/note space.

if you want to draw 4 pages, means 2500 yen. I'll send you Paypal money request.

You'll get some copies. 10 copies /more than 5 pages, 5 copies /1-4 pages(Shipping cost is not included. It depends on the pages of the book, but would be about 700 -1500 yen) If you want more, you can tell me.

Rules

Deadline

Deadline of plan (how many pages you will draw): 15 Aug. Please pay the cost on that time. (When you payed the cost, you join the project officially. Last time, I had a trouble asking to pay the cost with a person so I decided to change it, in advance. Thank You for your understanding! ) Of course you can tell me that before deadline, anytime!

Deadline of drawing : 15 Oct. (I need some time for translation and subtitles, so please keep the deadline)

Works

Manga/comic/illustration (for Body) Black and white. (If you use Grayscale/RGB/ scale or layer, please note it will be changed without adjustment. The image might become different from what you intended.) No page limit.
Comment space (keep some space for Japanese/English subtitle)
Color image for back cover

Technical information

Manga Studio file or ClipScudio file (A4/1200dpi, default). If you don't have these app, Tif file(158x220mm) 1200dpi is also acceptable. (black and white or grayscale)

You can DL templates(Manga Studio/Clip Studio) here.
Please DL it and use the template to avoid any mistake with the format.

You don't need export the file, both Clip Studio and Manga studio file are acceptable. But all the text layers should be rasterized. (I recommend to keep the text layers. You can put all text layers in one folder and copy it, then merge the folder.. )

Comment (Black and White)

Comic(manga) Studio/Clip studio template. If you don't have both, I can provide you photoshop template. The detail will be decided when I know how many people will join this time.

Illustration for back cover Color(CMYK), Tif or high quality jpeg image. 400dpi.
The size/theme has not been decided yet (depends on how many people will join) . It will be informed later.
