Welcome :D

Let me show you some of my 4koma (about my life with cats).
Nao-p is my nick name my friend Mami Tachibana gave me. And I call her Mami-p. Of course it comes from Wedding Peach "Momo-p". No one calls me by the name except for her, but I love the 4 koma cartoon "Go Go Momo-pi (Gan-bare Momo-p)"(In the paperbacks) so I use it. :)
Oh, I'm a manga artist Nao Yazawa, and author of Wedding Peach, by the way. :)

These "comic strips" come from my 4-koma blog (in Japanese). You can see all of them in original here. If you have a request which 4koma will be next, tell me. :D

Manga class day 5

I tried to having livestreamings again. Via PC this time, not iPhone.
Then - failed abain @.@

Ustream got a sound trouble, then I moved to hangouts - the video was muted(I did it, maybe - without knowing)
Pity pity, I think they are not bad as video clips of manga schooling.

If only I have someone for recording - the class comes first of course,
and it's difficult to do 2 things at the same time, especially if the one of them was about PC!

OK OK, I've learnt! Just record, not put it on livestream!! You can upload it later....or...
how about "Record from webcam" on Youtube? Does it work?

So...we have finished the run through of 16p Storyboard ("name"ネーム, in manga jargon) .
He's completed the storyboard of his 16P one-shot manga. Although he is still supposed to change some panels and recompose some sequences, he's survived my nasty schooling.. Well done! Congratulations to Mr. "?" lol I'm proud of you!

THE student, Mr. ?

The storyboard and one of the character setting by Mr ?

The storyboard - I love the guy's eye!
(It's a joke, added after the class, mind you!)

He selected some pages up from the storyboard for drawing.
The term is too short to complete 16P manga, but you can do a couple of pages - or more.

Hello again ! ^_^

Does "ネーム" means "nemus" ?
Because I read a manga named Bakuman (by the author of death Note), and the name of the japanese story-board is "nemus" in it :)

Hmmm, nemus, the translator put the word, then. It sounds ne-mu, precisely.(It's same sound as English "name", for Japanese) I've never heard or seen "namus", but same, I think. It means both storyboard and the dialogue itself. (it's used just for manga, when you talk about a storyboard of movie, it goes 絵コンテor storyboard like English)

Ok, I see! In France we only have "story-board" for all cinema & comics :)
